Qayd Logistics — Transport and Customs Clearance
An integrated system for transport companies and customs brokers: a trip is recorded before departure and closed on arrival, then invoiced from a single accounting engine that separates haulage from driver allowances, bridges, and port fees — with hourly equipment rental and customs files in their three fee modes.

Key Features
Trip lifecycle: recorded as planned before departure, then departed, then closed on arrival — closing corrects the actual load count and the driver entitlement with it.
A distance table shipped with the system: 52 cities, 158 routes, and 32 ports, so distances fill in without internet.
Driver allowance handled correctly: the per-load amount is deducted from the freight charge, not added to it, and is paid in cash or carried to payroll.
Custody is not an advance: cash is issued, the driver returns with receipts and the remainder, and any unexplained difference becomes an advance deducted from salary.
Equipment rental by hour, day, or month, with or without an operator; downtime hours are never billed, and swapping the machine does not close the contract.
Port trips: container, bill of lading, delivery order, exit fee, and demurrage — each line marked as billable to the client or borne by the company.
Customs clearance through an eight-stage path, with three fee modes producing three different journal entries: client deposit, lump sum, or recoverable receivable.
Monthly closing with two numbers, not one: accrual profit and net cash — a haulier can be profitable while all the profit sits with its clients.
Operational reports: profitability per vehicle, driver revenue against cost, fuel use compared to the vehicle own average, and fleet utilisation.
ZATCA-compliant e-invoicing, double-entry accounting, permissions, and an audit log — inherited from Qayd, not rebuilt.
